Coral Reef is a low density luxury complex. This 13th floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has 1427 sf of living space which includes a large, well equipped kitchen with a separate breakfast area and breakfast bar. The whole condo has 9 foot ceilings with crown molding, ceramic tile and carpet. Updated wireless internet, cable with HBO and a keypad lock for the convenience of our guests. Sorry, no pets.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with luxury thread count sheets, a walk-in closet and two separate vanity areas. Master bath has a jetted Jacuzzi tub/shower combination. The guest room is spacious with two queen beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room has luxury sheets and a large closet. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and DVD player.
The living room has a large flat screen smart TV, comfortable seating a recliner and a sleeper sofa. We provide a DVD player, a few novels and games for your use. You will feel like you are in a private home when you stay here!
The balcony is over 130 sf with a gorgeous view all the way to the west end of the beach. Picture yourself relaxing on the balcony reading or watching the dolphins play.
We provide all your linens, dishes and cookware, and liquid hand soap at each sink. Eight bath towels/wash cloths are provided. A full size washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. There is no daily maid service. All you need are food, beach towels and sunscreen!

All amenities and parking are on-site. We have two beautiful pools and a large beachfront gazebo where you can relax and enjoy the beach. For more energetic people, there is beach volleyball or a fitness center for your use. Beach Service Rentals for chairs, banana boat rides, jet skis and parasailing are available on the beach.
We do not allow pets or smoking in our condo. We do not rent to 3 or more single adults under 25. A parent must stay in the unit the entire visit. I prefer to speak with guests prior to making a final reservation. Please email me or call me to reserve. We are located at 6609 Thomas Drive, halfway to St Andrews State Park, 1 mile west of Schooners Restaurant. We are close to restaurants, miniature golf, go carts, fishing, boating and more. Super Walmart and several grocery stores are within 2 miles of our complex. You can rent beach chairs or jet skies, or arrange for banana boat or parasailing rides on the beach near Coral Reef.
There are 4 golf courses within 10 miles, including the Jack Nicklaus Legends Course at Bay Point. Pier Park, an outdoor shopping center with multiple department stores, specialty stores such as Ron Jon Surf Shop and the Nike store, restaurants such as Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville and Guy Harvey's within a 15 minute drive. If you like fishing, the marina is 5 minutes away and offers different charter services.
