Deb's Beach Condos - This gulf front ground floor 2 bedroom condo is perfect! No carts or elevators; walk from the screened in patio to the pool or beach - or sit on the swing and enjoy the view. Wireless internet, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen and luxury linens are are included with your stay. All you need is to bring yourself, swim suits, beach towels and you are set. This complex does not allow guests to have pets.

Renovated in 2016 with Beautiful custom made master headboard, beautiful crystal chandeliers, new linens, dishes, fresh paint and much more. Our most recent updates in 2018-2019 include a new tiled walk-in shower, beautiful shiplap in the living room, new sliding glass doors & windows, and new tile on the patio.
This condo features ceramic tile throughout and a keypad lock for entry. No keys or cards to keep track of. Patio is screened in and you can walk right out into the pool area for easiest access, or just a few steps to the charcoal grills.
The oceanfront Master bedroom has a private bath and a sliding glass door for direct access to the patio. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds and is steps away from the second bathroom. The dining table sits six and there is additional seating at the breakfast bar. We provide a few books and games for guests to enjoy.
From Memorial Day to mid August Regency has great activities; for kids, a blow up slide on Wednesdays and movies on the lawn on on Mondays. For adults, bingo on Tuesdays, and Karaoke two nights. These seasonal activities are subject to change.
We do not allow pets or smoking in our condo. We do not rent to single adults under 25. A parent must stay in the unit the entire visit. I love to speak with guests. When checking rates, note the $20 registration fee, 12 % sales tax and refundable security deposit are in addition to rates posted. Rates vary with dates - peak Summer is higher than Winter rates. If you are flexible, call me to discuss options for best rates. WRIST BANDS MUST BE WORN BY ALL GUESTS OVER 10 YEARS OF AGE AND MUST BE VISIBLE WHILE ON THE PROPERTY. Security will stop and ask to see them if they are not visible. This is for everyone’s safety and security. Guests visiting you and using the facilities pay $10/day per person for a wristband.
We are located 5801 Thomas Drive, near St Andrews State Park, 1/2 mile west of Schooners Restaurant. Marinas are within two miles where you can rent pontoons or jet skis, or charter a fishing excursion.
We are close to restaurants, miniature golf, go carts, fishing, boating and more. Super Walmart and several grocery stores are within 2-3 miles of our complex. You can rent beach chairs or jet skies, or arrange for banana boat or parasailing rides on the beach near Regency. Schooners, known as "the last local beach club" is a short half mile walk down the beach. Several other small restaurants are within a short walk.
