This home is on South Lagoon Drive which runs along the Grand Lagoon... you have beautiful water views as you stroll along South Lagoon; and often see water birds, fish and dolphins! We are located <1000 ft from the closest boat launch if you want to bring a boat or jet skiis; kayaks or paddle boards! We are a short 8-10 minute walk to three public beach access entrances. Less than 0.5 mile to Rick Seltzer Park a public beach park with parking, bathrooms and lifeguards.

 Beautiful bright decor in our home. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of cabinets, updated appliances and all the dishes and cookware you need.

 A king master with ensuite bathroom, a second king bedrooms, the third bedroom has one queen bed plus we have a full size bed and day bed w/trundle in the bonus room with barn doors for privacy.

 Both bathrooms have a tub / shower combo with new flooring, vanities and lights.

 Smart TVs in the living room, family room and bedrooms. Private wifi is provided for streaming with smart TVs - no cable. The family room TV has a digital antennae for local channels.

 Nice side patio with picnic table, chairs, grill and even corn hole to enjoy.

 We provide a charcoal grill, corn hole, beach chairs and beach wagon for your use. Newly added ping pong table in garage to enjoy fun family time!

 The back yard is NOT included with the rental - we live nearby and the owner has a workshop in the back yard.

 This home is on septic so occupency limits are strictly enforced.


Pets - Dogs accepted for a fee - must be pre-approved. Our insurance does have breed restrictions. We ask that you cover furniture if you allow them up and crate them when not home if they have separation anxiety.

We do not have a swimming pool but here are a couple options in the area.

We are within walking distance of a Waffle House, Outlaw BBQ, Barracuda Bar and Grill and several other local restaurants. A Super Walmart, Publix, Winn Dixie and the new PCB Sports Center are within a 5-10 minute drive. We are a short 15-20 minute drive to Pier Park, Gulf World, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Frank Brown Park and more.....

HOUSE RULES:
• No smoking or vaping in the house/garage or within 10 feet of a door or open window.
• All cigarette butts and debris must be disposed of properly!
• We do not rent to groups of single adults under 25; young families are welcome!
• Comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults (8 total max)
• No parties or events allowed
• Respect the neighbors - outside quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am
• Back yard is not included with rental as it is owner's private workshop
• Guest has use of garage, front and side yard.
• Vehicles: up to 3 including trailer
• Parking: two 25 ft driveways; NO PARKING IN THE GRASS / YARD

Area Description

We are located on South Lagoon Drive, about 2 miles to St Andrews State Park, and Schooners Restaurant. We are close to restaurants, miniature golf, go carts, fishing, boating and more. Super Walmart and several grocery stores are within 3-5 miles of our home.

There are 4 golf courses within 10 miles, including the Jack Nicklaus Legends Course at Bay Point. Pier Park, an outdoor shopping center with multiple department stores, specialty stores such as Ron Jon Surf Shop and the Nike store, restaurants such as Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville within a 15-20 minute drive. If you like fishing, the marina is 5 minutes away and offers different charter services.
