Hate crowds? Deb's Beach Condos is proud to present Coral Reef 1305! Great location with less crowds and traffic. Check out our beautiful spa like master suite with a claw foot tub too!

Coral Reef is an 82-unit complex on Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach FL. Two miles to St Andrews State Park. Less crowds, less traffic but close to everything. This 13th floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo sleeps up to six in beds plus a sleeper sofa with 1427 sf of living space and AMAZING gulf front views! Both bedrooms have king or queen beds and ensuite bathrooms - perfect for two couples or a family!

• Large, fully equipped kitchen (drip and Keurig coffee maker), tons of cabinet space and a separate breakfast area, dining area and breakfast bar. We supply some coffee, snacks, bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hand soap at each sink. We want you to feel at home! Coral Reef HOA does NOT allow pets.

• Living room has a large flat screen smart TV, comfortable seating with a recliner, sofa and chairs for comfortable seating. We provide a few novels and games for you to enjoy. Relaxing beach décor throughout.

• Our Master suite is spacious, great Gulf front views, king bed, work desk and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom is luxurious and spa like with a large, open walk in shower with grab bars and seat, double vanities, taller comfort level toilet, and a beautiful claw foot tub! Our Shower has great accessibility and safety with a seat and grab bars.

• Spacious Guest room has two comfortable Queen beds and its own updated ensuite bathroom with an open walk-in shower with grab bars for safety. Perfect for couples traveling together!

• New high speed wireless internet, Direct TV with newer smart TVs for streaming and a keypad lock for the convenience of our guests.

• Balcony is 130sf, gulf front with amazing panoramic Gulf views, table with 4 chairs, two adirondack chairs and a few beach toys for you to use.

• Small table off the kitchen with amazing views of the Grand Lagoon - I often sit there and enjoy sunrise.

• Complimentary Beach Chair Service March thru October (2 lounge chairs 1 umbrella $60/day value)

• Two pools (one heated in cooler months), beachfront gazebo, small fitness center, and on-site parking. Up to 2 cars per condo.

Area Description

We are located at 6609 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, halfway to St Andrews State Park, 1 mile west of Schooners Restaurant. We are close to restaurants, miniature golf, go carts, fishing, boating and more. Super Walmart and several grocery stores are within 2 miles of our complex. You can rent beach chairs or jet skies, or arrange for banana boat or parasailing rides on the beach near Coral Reef.

There are 4 golf courses within 10 miles, including the Jack Nicklaus Legends Course at Bay Point. Pier Park, an outdoor shopping center with multiple department stores, specialty stores such as Ron Jon Surf Shop and the Nike store, restaurants such as Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville and Guy Harvey's within a 15 minute drive. If you like fishing, the marina is 5 minutes away and offers different charter services.

This was the best condo we have ever had at PCB! The owner was great to work with. It is a large two bedroom condo on the 13th floor. What a view! Everything looked new and worked perfectly. Well stocked with everything you need. I had my wife, daughter, daughter in law and my granddaughter and had plenty of room. The pools are great for everyone. The beach is right at you. It seems to be at the quiter end of the beach which we loved. All the restaurants were close. We will plan another trip to this condo. Thanks Deby!!

Coral Reef 1305 is the nicest, prettiest, cleanest condo that my husband and I have EVER stayed in, and we have stayed at many condos in PCB!!!! The kitchen was well stocked, and had anything and everything that you would ever need! The view is Absolutely Amazing!! You will not find a better view then 1305 Coral Reef!! Absolutely wonderful condo! Very clean, spacious, well stocked condo. Master bath is huge, bed was very comfy. Had no trouble sleeping. Balcony is large and offered a great view of the gulf. Deb is great to work with and responded to emails in a timely manner. Emails contained all the information we needed. Easy access, even though it's on the 13th floor. Pools were clean and employees of the complex were friendly and informative. Would definitely stay here again! Book it! You won't regret it!

My husband and I stayed a week at Coral Reef 1305. it is a very nice condo. Decorated bright and cheery. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning on the balcony, and watching the sun set in the afternoons. It is such a great view from the 13th floor. We have also rented Deb's Summerhouse condo, we love that one too. It is very nice to be able to call Deb directly and book your vacation. Both Coral Reef and Summerhouse are great complex's. We just stayed 7 days in Debbie Coral Reef 1305. I took my daughter and 3 grandkids. We had a wonderful time and everything was perfect. The pool was never crowded and the beach was the same. We all had a blast. We rented a boat for the day, went kayaking in the bay one night, wonder works one day. Couldn’t ask for a better place and location. She was a fabulous person and helped us so much. I can’t thank Debbie enough for all she did to make our trip perfect.

My husband and I stayed at 1305 Coral Reef from January 7, 2023 to February 25, 2023 and enjoyed our stay immensely. It was pure luck that we found out about this condo, as it was referred to us by another condo owner. Mike and I have been coming to Panama City Beach for many years and this was by far the best condo we’ve stayed in. From our first conversation with Debby until our texting on checkout day, Debby went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. I’ve never worked with an owner who was as thorough and thoughtful as Debby is and has her condo stocked with everything we could have possibly needed.
From the beautiful view of the gulf, while in the living room or master bedroom to the lagoon view from the kitchen, one was always near a gorgeous view.

Exceeded Expectations by J. Jones

I spent 2 1/2 months looking for the perfect place to stay in PCB area. I chose correctly ! This unit was absolutely beautiful ! It felt like home away from home the minute we walked in the door. Deb has created the ideal place to relax and unwind watching the stunning sunsets and listening to the waves crash.. I cannot say enough about the incredible views. Watching the sunrise over the bay from the breakfast table and watching the sunset from the back balcony ! The beds were very comfortable and the decor was not to beachy but still very classy. She thought of everything when she furnished everyday items ( fully stocked kitchen. ie plates, utensils, pots and pans etc) Games for the family.
The TV in the living room was top notch and easy to navigate, ready to watch with Direct TV and any other media provider that follows you. I feel like I need to mention the stunning bathrooms, Large showers, claw foot tub in master.
The elevators were quick and clean too. Condo complex was perfectly manicured. 2 lovely pools, 1 heated, 1 unheated. The office staff was very polite and helpful. Deb was thoughtful enough to leave some ( after travel/ arrival) snacks to welcome you. She was also extremely patient in helping with any questions we had prior to booking. The unit is within minutes of shopping and fun activities.. It was the perfect location.
If you are looking for an intimate complex, this place is for you. No overcrowding in this complex make this place to stay..
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this PERFECT Condo !! Amazing is an understatement. The host went above and beyond to make our stay PERFECT !!!!

We sure hated to leave but will definitely return!. I think we could set up residency here because it was fabulous! The condo is not only beautiful, but stocked & furnished so comfortably. Absolutely LOVED the view & the smaller resort was so easy to get around. Debby is a wonderful host & she was readily available if ever needed, but we had no issues at all.
