Beautiful coastal decor in this 10th floor two bedroom, two bath oceanfront condo. Beautiful sunset view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony, living room and master bedroom. We have a second ground floor 2 bedroom condo at Summerhouse and another larger 2 BR at Coral Reef, right next door - go to RENTALS above for complete descriptions. Great for multiple families that want to vacation together. This complex does not allow guests to have pets.

** All quotes and bookings go thru our website- just fill out the inquiry form. We encourage everyone to purchase standard or CFAR (cancel for any reason) travel insurance... Be sure to reach exactly what it covers and what % it refunds. (the one thru our software only covers 60% for CFAR). Search for the best one for you. Email or call me if you have any questions. -Comfortably furnished with a leather sleeper sofa, a large ottoman, a side chair and a leather recliner. Fully furnished with high thread count linens, dishes and cookware. Bathrooms are fully updated with new vanities, mirrors, lighting, tile floors and an enlarged walk-in shower in the guest bath. Full size front load washer and dryer for guests. Wi-fi in the condo, as well as books and games to enjoy.

-Guest room is bright and cheerful with new quilts and curtains. The 2 full size beds have newer mattresses and is very comfortable. It also has direct access to the guest bathroom for added convenience.

Large master bedroom with a king bed, luxury thread count sheets, a master bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a sliding glass door to the patio. Imagine waking up and stepping out onto the patio to enjoy coffee with a gorgeous view. Bedroom has plenty of drawer and closet space. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and extra outlets for "gadgets".

The kitchen has newer major appliances, plenty of small appliances, dishes, glasses, cookware; everything you need if you want to save money and have a couple meals at the condo. Summerhouse also has gas and charcoal BBQ grills near the tennis courts for guests.

We have additional condos - if you have any family or friends that want to vacation with you! Just click on "rentals" in the top header.

We do not allow pets, smoking or vaping of any kind in the condo. The condo HOA does not allow us to rent to single adults under 25. Young families are welcome! Parents must stay in the condo the entire stay. Max occupency is 8 (infants and children all count!). If you exceed that number, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Area Description

We are located on Thomas Drive, halfway to St Andrews State Park. Marinas are nearby where you can rent pontoons or jet skis, or charter a fishing excursion.

We are close to restaurants, miniature golf, go carts, fishing, boating and more. Super Walmart and several grocery stores are within 2-3 miles of our complex. You can rent beach chairs or jet skies, or arrange for banana boat or parasailing rides on the beach in front of Summerhouse. Schooners, known as "the last local beach club" about a mile away. Several other small restaurants are within a short short distance. Having a car is recommended.

The NW Florida - Panama City Beach airport is a 30 minute drive. Shuttles are available, but having a car is recommended. Pier Park Park is a 15-20 minute drive and has many restaurants, boutique shopping stores, as well as national chain stores. Frank Brown Park, which hosts many sporting events, is across from Pier Park on Rt 98.

Not a single thing I'd change about this rental. It's absolutely perfect. Comfy beds, steps off the elevator, more than enough kitchen goodies, full size washer/dryer, plenty of room yet cozy, I could go on and on. We've found "our spot" and won't ever stay anywhere else. Already planning our trip back.

My wife and I hve never been to Panama City Beach and Deb's Condo on the 10th floor was great.The beach was lovely,Summerhouse itself was was outstanding with friendly and helpful staff people and meeting Deb made the stay even that more enjoyable can't wait to go back.Condo had everything you needed.just like being at home but with a ocean view. the hot tub and pools were a great way to end the evening or afternoon, Ocean was clear,warm,clean and what else can be said except "Thanks Deb". for letting us enjoy your condo on such a short notice and allowing us the extra few days.We had a great time and the bang bang shrimp at Bonefish Grill so good we went back again.Just a terrific vacation wish we could have stayed longer.Thanks so much. A very welcome stay that Ag and I will never forget.Hope to see you again and Thanks once again.

Condo was perfect. The beds were comfy. Condo was clean and Deb had two beach chairs and beach bucket for our use. The other families were friendly and we felt secure at the summerhouse. The pools were warm especially nice since the high for our weekend was 66. The use of online payment with Deb was quick and easy and deposit was returned within one day of our departure. Cannot say enough good about the condo and entire process. We will return deb. I highly recommend debs condo. Thank you again debby.

Wow! What a great week we had at Deb's Condo! It was very clean, nice and beds are very comfy! The view of the ocean is great! Pools are excellent...always had a lounge chair available. Deb had plenty of games, books, and even some chairs, toys if we needed them. I've stayed many places over the years, but never have I felt as if I were staying in my own home. She had everything I needed! I will definitely be back! Thank you Deb for making this vacation a very easy, enjoyable one! Your the greatest!

We had a wonderful stay at Deb’s condo. It’s a very comfortable stay. It’s decorated beautifully and very spacious. It is fully stocked with everything you need. She even has floats, chairs and beach towels that her guest can use. The deposit was returned quickly. There is not one thing bad thing I could say about our stay there. It was beautiful! We were excited to find 1009B a great two bedroom, two bath unit to stay in. At arrival the unit was clean, fresh and spacious. We had a very nice view of the beach from the balcony. The kitchen was complete and we were able to cook full course meals with a full compliment of utensils. With two hour waits for restaurant seating, we cooked alot. Summerhouse is conveniently located to several grocery stores and more on Thomas Drive. We look forward to staying again.

The condo was spacious and comfortable and well-equipped. What we liked most was the absolutely fabulous view of the ocean. Also, the pool area was just beautiful., and the employees of the resort were all very nice. We enjoyed playing shuffleboard, pool, and using the grills. It was hard to leave when our month was up.
